   own file for two reasons, and both are load-bearing:

     1. **The board's interface needs it too.** The Django admin deliberately

        `--accent`, the same two names Django's admin declares, and loading it

   says the club's licence for web embedding of Eurostile and Arial is
   unconfirmed, and this site is public. The club chose to ship the display face
   and settle the licence separately; the font's own fsType is 8 (editable
   embedding), which is permissive but is not a grant, and a desktop licence does
   not normally cover serving a font from a public site.

   **If the answer comes back no:** delete `fonts/EurostileBold.woff2`, delete
   the rule below, and remove the two `{% static 'oysa/fonts.css' %}` links.
   Headings fall back to Arial — the brand's own second face — and nothing else
   changes.

   Arial is never shipped, whatever the answer: every Mac and Windows already
   has it.

   One more rule, because it breaks the image build rather than a page:
   `CompressedManifestStaticFilesStorage` rewrites the relative reference below
   against this file's own collected path and raises when the target was not
   collected. The rule and the file have to agree, and a test asserts they do,
   in both directions. */
